It is the intent of THE RENT MAN™ .COM to bring together good potential

Philosophy
THE RENT MAN™ .COM was started by a small time real
estate investor and landlord for his growing real estate business. Based on real
life experiences and needing to find a way to better utilize time, save money on
advertising properties, have an on-line renter
inquiry to pre-qualify potential resident to insure serious inquiries, as
well as allowing the prospective residents to view properties
online and know the rental terms before visiting properties.
In addition
to Renting a home, the simple ad signs
were developed to also attract both people interested in Buying a home or
Selling
a home.
Through the vastness of the internet, markets were
suddenly created that could not be serviced by any one investor. The intent of
the original site was modified to accommodate other potential investors with the
opportunity to benefit with more exposure to more people and
offering those same people more and better choices for their new
home.
The "Rent Man" name came about because of it's
recognizable quality. The name is short and catchy to make it easy for the
general public to recognize, relate to and remember. This benefits our
