If you are not getting the results and exposure you are expecting with your property advertisement(s) with The Rent Man.com after the first 30 days of the initial listing date, we will gladly refund you the total cost of any fees paid to The Rent Man.com under the terms and conditions listed below.

Terms and Conditions:
A refund will be given for up to five (5) properties listed on The Rent Man.com. Refunds must be requested, in writing or via email, within 60 days of the Initial Posting Date. All requests for refunds must be made through The Rent Man.com customer service department. To be eligible you must be a first-time paying customer of The Rent Man.com, and you must place an external photo of the property online as part of your property listing. The Rent Man will refund the complete fee and credit your account in full 100% for that specific transaction, and will further gladly remove your Ad from the website at that time. Please understand that all credits applied to credit cards or to banking institutions may take some time before appearing on the associated financial statement or account summary.
The Rent Man Signs

If any of The Rent Man signs are damaged in shipment, or have the wrong information according to what you submitted, we will issue you new signs at no expense to you. If we do not deliver your Rent Man signs within the ten (10) business days that we promised, you will receive a credit of 25% off your next sign order with The Rent Man.

Disclaimer: Guarantee is not valid in the event of National or natural disaster, postal strike or accident or war. Attempted delivery is still considered delivery. There will be no refunds or rebates if your municipality, neighborhood or community does not allow the use of our brand of signage. There will be no refund or rebate if you cannot install the stands and signs due to your weather conditions, terrain and its terra-firma.

Subscriber/Members

Refunds = Extensions
In the event one (1) of the Lead categories in which you have subscribed does not produce a single lead in any given one (1) year anniversary , The Rent Man will extend, at no charge to you, that same Lead category for the following one (1) year anniversary. It will be your responsibility to bring to our attention such inactivity and, after our review and positive confirmation of same, such an extension will be provided. This extension will be in lieu of a refund. The foregoing does not apply if you received a Lead and chose to decline or ignore same.

Termination/Non-refundable
Once you become a “Subscriber/Member” you’re in for life provided you keep renewing your subscription yearly and you do not do something unethical or illegal. If we discover any activity to be noncompliant with our New Member Agreement, we reserve the right to restrict your use of the website and/or the Leads Generation/Purchase System thereof, or to terminate your membership entirely based on our findings. No refund will be given for any fees paid in any of the foregoing instances.

Malicious Leads

If you purchase any Leads fraudulently entered by a user of the website, and that transaction is reported to us, we will, pending the results of an investigation and confirmation of your claim, credit your account for that specific transaction.
